本屆世大運裁判以公務員屆退年齡為限，限制禁止超過六十五歲以上裁判參與吹判，引發國內裁判資格認定疑慮，世大運競賽處副處長袁守方表示，希望藉由世大運，增加國內年輕裁判在國際大賽上的磨練機會。

 

 

 

 

本屆台北世大運籌委會先前曾發公文給各單項協會，世大運裁判年齡將以六十五歲為上限。根據國際大學運動總會規範中，對於裁判規定僅有其資格認定和基本國際賽吹判經驗，另外必須在一定時限內將裁判名單提交總會，但並無年齡限制，因此引此國內資深裁判質疑。

世大運執委會競賽處處長呂生源表示：「世大運是我國辦理之最高等級大型賽會，除基本資格與執法經驗外，因賽期歷時近兩周，每日值勤時間長。而本屆比賽鼓勵各協會推薦已達資格之年輕裁判，累積執法經驗與時數。因此，台北世大運參考公務員退休年齡，以六十五歲為年齡上限。」

袁守方表示：「本屆世大運機會難得，也希望讓國內年輕裁判有機會在國際大賽累積吹判經驗，增加國際賽經驗。先前也已與各單項協會充分討論，才做出這項規定。」他也強調，裁判長、審判委員、技術委員等，並不在年齡限制內。

國際賽事一級裁判，大多是以考核成績為標準，若通過體能和相關吹判專業考核，無論田徑、籃、足、棒球等，皆無年齡限制。
 

 

 

旅日好手轉戰讀賣巨人隊，明天將在台北召開第二場加盟記者會，未來五年合約（推測廿二點五億日圓）內容是否曝光，仍是最大焦點；新球季轉戰中央聯盟，他的打擊表現也受矚目，從過去對戰紀錄看來，有機會成為「養樂多殺手」。

日本職棒明年球季三月卅一日開打，巨人將在東京巨蛋主場對決中日隊；日本媒體昨天整理陽岱鋼過去在東京巨蛋的打擊紀錄，也列出他在交流戰的成績，從今年球季的打擊內容看來，對養樂多打擊率高達五成，確實有一套。

陽岱鋼本季在日本火腿隊打滿十八場交流賽，對央聯六隊各打三場，其中對養樂多十四個打數揮出七支安打，包括兩支二壘打，攻下三分打點，對橫濱、中日分別有三成八五、三成六四，對巨人、阪神都是二成七三，唯獨對戰廣島一成五四不理想。

儘管陽岱鋼在交流戰對養樂多特別厲害，但從明年球季開始，同一聯盟對戰場次大增，隊與隊之間是廿五場，打擊次數增加不少，新球季對他將是全新考驗。

火腿固定在東京巨蛋安排主場比賽，陽岱鋼生涯在此出賽八十三場，打擊率二一定要買成七五、全壘打八支、打點廿八分、盜壘成功十一次。

陽岱鋼轉隊後，火腿先發中外野手形成五搶一的局面，岡大海本季因傷只出賽四十一場，但打擊率三成七四，成為明年有力人選，他說：「一定要搶下固定先發地位。」
